Connect to MyCena Desk Center application
- After installing MyCena Desk Center application, you will be located in “Already have an account ?” interface.
1.2.1 “Already have an account?” interface

In this interface, you enter your email address and click “Send”.
1.2.2 “2FA verification” interface

After clicking “Send” button, you will be redirected to the “2FA verification” interface and an email containing a verification code will be sent to your email.

After copying the code received, you paste it and click “Send”.
1.2.3 “Create your security questions” interface
- In this interface, you will choose two security questions from the list and register their answers.
1.2.4 “Create your security keys” interface
- The registration of security keys will be divided on 3 steps
1.2.4.1 “Create Register your PIN” interface
- In this interface you will register a PIN code composed of 6 digits which is necessary to access the bronze level.
1.2.4.2 “Register your Lock Pattern” interface
- Now you will be asked to record your lock pattern which is necessary to access the silver level
- You draw a lock pattern that connects at least three points and confirm it a second time.
1.2.4.3 “Register your passphrase” interface
- Now you will be asked to record your passphrase which is necessary to access the gold level.

After registering the passphrase, you successfully created your three security keys.
1.2.5 “Your fortress is all set!” interface
- Finally your fortress will be all set and you click “ENTER” to go to the Bronze level interface
