Connect to MyCena Desk Center Console

• After you have been added as a MyCena Desk Center company, a “Welcome to Mycena Desk Center console” email will be sent containing a temporary password and “open my console button”.

Step 1

• You copy the temporary password and click on “open my console button”

  

Step 2

• You will be redirected to the login interface of MyCena desk center console with your email filled.

  

Step 3

• You paste the temporary password.

  

Step 4

• You check the reCaptcha section.

  

Step 5

• You click on the “Login” button.

  

Step 6

• An email containing a verification code will be sent to your email address ( if there is a problem you can click on “I have not received the email” button).

  

Step 7

• You copy the six-digits code

  

Step 8

• You paste the code in the “Email verification” pop-up.

  

Step 9

• You click on “Confirm” button and you will be redirected to the “Reset password” interface.

  

Step 10

• Now you move to your MyCena Desk Center application to create a strong password for your console account.
  
  1. To create a password, first step is to click on the " + " button.
  
  2. Second step is the enter ( or paste ) the Website url ( which is " https://app.deskcenter.mycena.co/" in this case ).
  
  3. Third step is to enter your login ( which is your email address in this case ).
  
  4. Fourth step is to click on the "settings" button and set the password which contain what type of alphanumeric characters the password will contain and what is its length which will be at least 18, then click on "Generate password" button.
  
  5. -The last step is to click on save in the "Create password" interface.
  

Step 11

• In the list of passwords, you click on the added password to enter to “View password” interface.

  

Step 12

• In the “View password” interface, click on the field “password” in order to copy it in the clipboard ( for 15 seconds ).

  

Step 13

• You paste this password in the “New password” and “Confirm password” fields in the “Reset password” interface and click save.

  

Step 14

• Finally you will be redirected to the “home” interface of your MyCena console.
