Create your MyCena fortress

You can see a complete real life tutorial of how you create your MyCena fortress.

• After installing MyCena Desk Center application, you will be located in “Already have an account ?” interface.

3.1.1 “Already have an account?” interface

• In this interface, you will find an input field in which you enter your email or username, then you click on “SEND” button to pass to the next step.

• Conditions:

  1. Your account must be activated by your company manager in MyCena console.
  2. If a username and an email address are assigned to your account, you can only connect with your email address.

• You can find a clickable buttons that redirect you the links containing the “terms & conditions” and the “privacy policy” of MyCena.

• You can choose the language that you prefer to use.

  

3.1.2 “2FA verification” interface

• In this case ( when creating a fortress ), this interface will be shown only to the users who have an email address because an email will be sent containing a verification code.

• If you have a problem, you can click on “I have not received the email” button so that a new verification code will be sent to your email address.

• You enter ( or paste paste ) the six-digits code and click on “SEND” button to pass to the next step.

  

3.1.3 “Create your security questions” interface

• In this interface, you will choose two security questions from the list and register their answers, this questions will be like a security layer that you use to access to sections in your application

3.1.4 “Create your security keys” interface

• The registration of security keys will be divided on 3 steps

3.1.4.1 “Register your PIN” interface

• In this interface you will register a PIN code composed of 6 digits which is necessary to access the bronze level.

3.1.4.2 “Register your Lock Pattern” interface

• Now you will be asked to record your lock pattern which is necessary to access the silver level

• You draw a lock pattern that connects at least three points and confirm it a second time.

3.1.4.3 “Register your passphrase” interface

• Now you will be asked to record your passphrase which is necessary to access the gold level.

• After registering the passphrase, you successfully created your three security keys.

  

3.1.5 “Your fortress is all set!” interface

• Finally your fortress will be all set and you click “ENTER” to go to the Bronze level interface
