MyCena Desk Center first steps

1.1.1 Download MyCena Desk Center application

After you have been added as a MyCena Desk Center company, a welcome email will be sent which contains a User Guide.

In the user guide you will find “Installation” section which contains links to download the app depending on your operating system.
1.1.1.1 MDC Application Download Links:
MDC users can connect with their accounts to the Android or IOS versions of MyCena desk center only if the ” Manage permission ‘Activate Mobile’ ” Add-on is enabled for the current company, and their role has “Enable mobile fortress” permission activated
1.1.2 Install MyCena Desk Center Extension
- In the user guide you will find “Download MDC extension” section which contains link to download the extension.
