MyCena Desk Center first steps

1.1.1 Download MyCena Desk Center application

• After you have been added as a MyCena Desk Center company, a welcome email will be sent which contains a User Guide.

• In the user guide you will find “Installation” section which contains links to download the app depending on your operating system.

MDC users can connect with their accounts to the Android or IOS versions of MyCena desk center only if the ” Manage permission ‘Activate Mobile’ ” Add-on is enabled for the current company, and their role has “Enable mobile fortress” permission activated

• In the user guide you will find “Download MDC extension” section which contains link to download the extension.
